Back in mid-Y2K, MMC began a quest to see if it was possible to do something about the first stage of a 5-stage parts' washer. That 1,700-gallon tank of alkaline cleaner was being changed out quartelry, so when Eberle heard from his Arbortech-nician that a turnover rate of just over 100 gallons per day would maintain the bath, he was not entirely convinced. Utilizing Arbortech's pilot rental program for two months changed his mind. "I found it hard to believe that this tiny system was going to keep my cleaner stage going... but it did during the testing- and it still does today. |
